Membership in MVEC is open to anyone who has an interest in any type of motor vehicle, motorcycle, military vehicle, or machinery. The membership year runs from July to June, with membership renewal ($40) required before the end of September each year.

A fee of $40, plus a $20 joining fee, applies to all new membership applications. To apply, please download and complete the membership Application Form, email it to the Club and then make the $60 deposit to the Club Account, ensuring that you include your Surname as a reference on the deposit.

NOTE: Annual renewal is due on 30th June each year. Please download and complete the Renewal Form, email it to the Club and add your Surname Name to the Bank Deposit Payment of $40. A grace period of 90 days is provided but if your Membership is not renewed by 30th September each year then any Club Registered Vehicle you may own is considered, by the NT Government, to be Un-Registered as at that date.
